Returns & Refunds

For print-on-demand items (such as shirts and printed accessories), returns or replacements are only accepted if the item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing a photo of the issue.

For Hazel Skate decks or items shipped directly by us, you may return unused items in original condition within 14 days of receiving them. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
